Who else heard the report of Terry Pratchet's death and went Aww when you found out he passed away surrounded by friends and family and with his cat asleep on his bed.

I did...and it really did bring a smile to my face and tears to my eyes.

Yup. I wonder if the cat stared intently at apparently nothing when he passed...

I don't normally come in here but I wondered what dear Terry's death had to do with cats. I'll fuck off now. Sorry.

I smiled at it too. A peaceful vision of a fabulous author who writes so compellingly about what it is to be human.

He wrote a book called The Unadulterated Cat, one of the funniest things I've ever read!
