Best clumping non tracking litter

Going to stock up at Pets At Home today. Cats Best tracks like a bugger.

We've always just used Co-op or Sainsbury's natural clumping (Sainsbury's at the moment because they deliver and we have no car) on the principle that the cats like it and it's better to use something they like than have a protest 'accident' elsewhere. Those brands don't seem to track much - and are pretty reasonably priced.

Have been on Apartment Therapy and suggestion there is to place a sisal mat outside the box, might pick one up this morning.

I'll have to leave others to comment on the efficacy of those. We've always just used a layer of spread-out broadsheets. (Although my Mum had some success with a large carboard banana box in which the actual tray was placed and which captured any stray bits. I don't know if you can still get those but if not, it might still be possible to get a largeish cardboard box and cut down the sides to allow easy access.)

I just use Asda or Aldi clumping litter with a rubber anti tracking mat that I can wash when one of the six wee on it over the top of the tray

Costco do a great one if you can get there

wilko's clumping cat litter is pretty good, cheap too, about £2.99 a bag.

World's Best Cat Litter is very good. It clumps very well so it's easy to clean out (much better than the clumping cat litter from Tesco or Sainsbury's for example). It's also biodegradable so you can flush the clumps down the loo if you want. The only thing is that the "Extra Strength" (red bag) smells a bit funny IMO so I'm going to try the original (green bag) instead.
