[Bluegill]

My cat has suddenly changed her usual routine. She usually sleeps upstairs with us, she will usually go crazy around 5.30am and climbs out on to the roof annoying the life out of me until I get up. She's stopped this and sleeps at the bottom of the stairs until I get up. I've just been down to check on her and brought her up for a cuddle and she bit me really hard, which is quite unusual for her. She's a year old. She's just had her annual health check and generally all else seems fine. I can't put my finger on it but she's definitely changed.

I'm assuming she's spayed?

I hear that she's just had a health check but that hard biting would still have me thinking about a new physical issue - do you remember how you picked her up?

Oh - and is there a new cat on the block out there, perchance? (Just in case there's a mean tom come newly to the outside who is upsetting her.) Does she have a litter tray or two to use inside the house if needs be?

I've just remembered she had her annual vaccination so maybe it was that? Yes, she's spayed etc. it's the fact that she's not being as cuddly as she normally is and she usually snuggles all the time.
