Vomiting cat

My ten month old boy has started vomiting after eating. It's been happening for several weeks. What's happening is that he seems to eat and eat and eat, then is sick straight away or a short while later.
The vet has given him some sensitive gastro food but this hasn't made a difference.
He seems to be eating too much as he will eat until he finishes the bowl and tries not to let my other cat eat. I'm trying to feed them separately but it's proving tricky!
Does anyone have any ideas?

Give him regular small portions. Feed him in a sep room to other cat.

Presumably you've tried to feed him very small amounts throughout the day instead of filling the bowl? If he's gorging because he doesn't want the other cat to get any food, you'll have to come up with a way to keep them totally apart at mealtimes.

Thank you. I'll be coming up with a plan to separate them. I keep thinking with the small portions that he may not be getting enough food because he is so hungry!
