14 year old cat not eating

Seems stressed
Hasn't eaten todAy has spent all day outside

Do you know when he last ate? And is he drinking do you know?

He gets stressed think girls stressing him not coming in he has been out all today
Once they r back at school hopefully he will eat
If not better by aft going to book him in vets for tues
