Drontal given today. How long until the worms are gone?

I noticed this morning that my cat has tapeworms so I bought Drontal tablets and gave them to her this afternoon (1 and a half due to her weight). Does anyone know how long it will be until she is worm free as the leaflet in the box of tablets doesn't say.

Google is telling me 24 hours and passed out up to 5 days afterwards.
