I lost my cat in early June when she was hit by a car Sad

I always knew that eventually we'd welcome another furry buddy in and have finally found a beaut!

His name is Achilles, he's 6 and a gorgeous tabby! I am picking him up on Sunday and I am just overjoyed!!

Not expecting much from this thread but wanted to shout hooray - DC more interested in watching Felix the Cat than talking about our new addition Smile

YAY - I just cannot wait!!!

Congratulations! We're getting our new kitten at the weekend so completely understand your excitement!

We will be able to share stories Smile

Good for you, not too long to wait Smile

sunday will soon be here :)

Oh I hope so, Issey.. amazing how much difference a little furry face makes about the place. . I have felt someone was missing and am hoping little Achilles (he's only just over 3kg) will do the trick.

He is adorable although quite feisty and a ferocious hunter - but I like them with a bit of wildness to them!

Also - gives me a good excuse to peruse the Litter Tray again.. I like this little, soft & purry corner of MN Grin

Lordy - you're going to be worn out with waiting even by Saturday! You'll need to read all the threads here to occupy your time. Wink

FushandChups · 26/10/2014 18:45

And he's here Grin pretty easy journey although he's quite vocal! After an initial prowl round the place, he has vanished though but think he's a bit if a scaredy cat until he knows what's what - plus DC probably don't help matters!

His lovely previous owner has given me some Zylklene to help with the transition so may pop some on his breakfast..

His food is upstairs so might take up a spare litter tray as well so he can do his business without having to go too far!

ALL THAT SAID - yay, we have another furry friend and he's perfect Grin
