Cat lice help please

Finally discovered cause of our female cat's ongoing problem and it's lice, not fleas. She's flea treated (advocate after visits to vets, previously frontlined) but still has pulled out most of her fur (vet just keeps charging for jabs that do nothing) but have finally discovered lice on her almost bald bits. What on earth treats lice if flea treatment doesn't? Her brother doesn't have this problem. Any advice please?

Frontline treats lice (though not fleas so well these days). Did she have the lice when she was being treated with Frontline? Stronghold also kills lice. Normally it's quite easy to treat lice. One spot on treatment and that should be it.

She was having the same problem on frontline.

Well I really don't know then. The vet has confirmed it's lice?

No, I can see them!
