Keeping cat in after a boarding cattery?

Hi all

We're off in hols for a week on Saturday so Loopycat will be staying in a boarding cattery. On our return, should we keep her in for a few days to get used to home again? Or won't it be necessary and she should be ok to go out (should she want to) as normal?

TIA Flowers

I never keep the wtfcats in but we have had them years. They are usually mad for some outdoor time after a cattery stay. Smile

If Loopycat hasn't been with you long then I might think differently.

Only 5 months wtffgs, and her brother's recently disappeared which makes me extra wary Sad

See how she is when she gets back. If there's been some sort of change at cozietowers, I'll always re-establish routine as soon as possible. (Preferably the same one but certainly as much of the one they've known as is possible.) They seem to like an ordered life so you may find that she sinks back into the 'known' very quickly.

Best of luck anyway.
