Help - cat with sore eye

PestoCat's right eye looks all red & sore and he keeps shutting it. I don't think he'll let me close enough to bathe it. Do you think I ought to ring the vets tomorrow?

Think he might have been stung or it might be conjunctivitis?

Yes vets tomorrow if it isn't better in the morning, is he rubbing at it?

No he's not rubbing it, but it looks like it has puffed up. He seems happy enough, but I don't know if it's a bite or a sting that's caused it.

On the plus side, it doesn't seem to be bothering him unduly.
