Someone is desperately trying to re-home a cat and has advertised on the For Free section. Is there anyone here who can help her?

i wrote a long answer to this lady offering her reasons why the rescues cant help her, and offered some advice and the bloody thread has been deleted by hq as she is offering an animal for free grrr
