He's out at the moment eating at the neighbours' but his current "special place" is the top of a cat tree we bought him :)

Snoozing next to my feet, and occasionally making little mumbling squeaking noises

MinkyWinky · 01/07/2014 22:36

Batcat is on the back of the sofa next to my ear purring. Fluffcat is hanging out in the hall. (It's past their curfew, so they can't go out even if they wanted too!)

sunnydaylucy · 01/07/2014 22:46

Eric is spending his 18th birthday sat on my knee, pretending to watch the football. (Also past his curfew, he would prefer to be asleep under the hedge).

Wolfiefan · 01/07/2014 22:52

Another 18yr old here!
Curled up on the back of the sofa either:
A) plotting world domination
Or
B) deciding how best to trade us in for some more satisfactory minions!

Mintyy · 01/07/2014 22:53

Curled up under my chair at the kitchen table. When I go into the living room in a little while he will follow me.

cozietoesie · 01/07/2014 23:06

Snoozing gently on top of the coverlet and giving me The Eye. (He want to go to sleep but I'm not tired.)

DontCallMeBaby · 01/07/2014 23:14

I don't know! One might be upstairs - he was around earlier, snuggling DD and digesting the fish finger he had for tea. I haven't seen the other one for a few days - he's been in though, they eat their food differently so I can usually tell who's been around.

Where she always is when I am watching Big Brother

Nose up bum on the chair.

Rollypoly100 · 01/07/2014 23:45

Hopefully mine is not planning another unbelievable outing. He's sleeping now but 2.00 am is his alarm call

Loving all these answers Smile

Mine is out frolicking in the sun. Not seen him today actually as DP was working from home today and let him out before I got up. I think he did try to attempt to wake me at 5am but I only recall stroking him and putting him back at the foot of the bed.

Envy

I want to track my cat, it'd be brilliant.

FannyFifer · 02/07/2014 16:14

Fast asleep on the back of the couch. He's only 12 weeks. Grin

Rollypoly100 · 02/07/2014 22:05

Fluffy, I bought my tracker from Anibase but it was a special offer. It's about £50.00 full price but I got it for £30.00 - still expensive but I wanted to know where he went at night. When he gets back home, I remove tracker (which is tiny and lightweight), plug it into computer and it comes up with where he's been. Apparently they're inventing a real time tracker. It's fascinating but it has made me worry a lot more about how far he goes.

FieldRose · 02/07/2014 22:21

I miss our cat Envy

He pretty much walked straight into a moving car this afternoon. Who knew it wouldn't obey his every telepathic command to move out of the way?! He's at the vet now waiting for a load of X-rays. Fingers crossed he should be ok.

Rollypoly100 · 02/07/2014 22:29

Oh Field, fingers crossed for you and your little furry person.

FieldRose · 02/07/2014 22:34

They think he should be ok. He's badly damaged his leg but they want to check for fractures and then do some extra X-rays to check for any other damage. We're hoping he'll be back home tomorrow.

Typical Fieldcat to try and play chicken with a car! Hmm

Bakersbum · 02/07/2014 22:40

Sorry to hear that field

One cat has been awol since Sunday, other cat who has probably made her go awol is happily sleeping on the settee.

Girl cat hates new boy cat, feel like I have wrecked her life Sad. Hope she.reappears soon.

Corygal · 02/07/2014 22:56

Mr Cory is resting upon his personal chaise longue, full of Dreamies. He will shortly ask for a chin rub, one of my last daily duties before I turn in to keep him warm in bed.

BadRoly · 02/07/2014 23:00

On my lap!

One if them anyway. No idea where the other 3 but nowhere close or this one (Pandora) would not be nearly so chilled!

BadRoly · 02/07/2014 23:01

Oh Fieldrose, I hope he's ok.

KittiesInsane · 02/07/2014 23:05

On the table, glaring at her new fleecy cat basket, bought for her in desperation to try to stop her sleeping on the washing/the half-finished curtains/DD's homework/the whiteish chair cushions.

She has no intention of giving in and trying the basket. It might work as a cat deterrent, I suppose.

BigcatLittlecat · 02/07/2014 23:07

Big Cat is asleep on the clean washing on the dining room table waiting for me to go to bed so she can groom my hair! Little Cat aka Scabby is on dishwasher screaming at whoever goes past! If you ignore her she just just shouts louder! Situation normal!

unlucky83 · 02/07/2014 23:16

She is asleep on her blanket on the her chair - waiting for me to go up to bed - then she'll follow me up and sit on my chest for a good night stroke once I'm in bed - looking daggers at DP who is asleep (if DP isn't there she will try and get under the covers) and then go off in a huff as soon as I pick up my book ...how dare I read at the same time as stroking her...
What she doesn't know - it is worming tablet time...
Shortly I am going to take her by surprise...pop the tablet in her mouth she will swallow it no problems and then we'll go happily up and follow our normal bedtime routine Smile

(Except that isn't going to happen - half tablet she needs will be spat out- repeatedly - then I'll lose it and try the other half - and end up going back to the vets tomorrow covered in scratches to spend another £8+ on a tablet - which will be force fed to her while she is highly distressed and wrapped in a blanket ...Grin)
