Missing cat - Vibes needed!

My little long haired cat 'Tinker' hasn't been seen since yesterday morning. Very unusual for her to stay away this long and out of her territory. I've notified the microchip company and will have to get some leaflets printed out for the neighbours at some point. My worst fear is that she has got into a removal van that was in our village from a rented property or been taken by a fox. I feel sick with worry and would really appreciate all positive vibes to bring Tinker home. It will be her third birthday tomorrow. :(

It would be very, very unlikely indeed that's she's been taken by a fox. It's not unheard of but it really is incredibly rare. Foxes are generally a bit scared of cats.

Does she have form for getting into vans? At least she's chipped. We've reunited owners with cats that turned up many miles from home thanks to their chip.

Of course getting trapped in a garage/shed is another possibility and if she's not back tomorrow I'd put notes through the letterboxes of the houses in your street/adjoining gardens asking them to check sheds etc.

Good luck.

Very sorry to hear this. I hope you find her soon. Definitely get leaflets circulated & maybe ask the local postie etc to keep an eye out for her too. The weather has been so good that maybe she's gone exploring, it can happen even if it's out of character for her.
Keep us posted [positive vibes]

Thankyou for the positive vibes; I am so relieved to say that the little madam came in at 2am this morning, had a few treats and then wanted to be out again! She was kept in as they are all in at night anyway, but was out like a lightning bolt first thing.

I'm pretty sure she's just been having a whale of a time while we've all aged twenty years. Hopefully she won't be out so long this time!
