Poorly cat

Hi looking for some advice my 16 yr old cat has enlarged heart,kidneys ,liver,bowel he's also been put on a kidney diet . I've got no idea what to expert in the long term any ideas? Thanks

Didn't say anything apart from the kidney diet

Well that's a bit taciturn of him - I'd expect a full diagnosis and prognosis from mine. (Actually, I'd get it without asking but then my own vet practice is very active for older animals.) Has he taken bloods etc/done any tests on him?

Bloods scans X-rays that showed it

I think cos he's very old the vet dosnt seen fussed about treatment am going speak to dh about changeing vet
