Someone posted about their cat bringing home a joint of ham in the past. This cat bought home something even more interesting!

Oh My.

....He said in light of the incident, there could be potential for cats to be trained in detecting drugs. ''We certainly have police dogs trained to detect drugs - this might be something police could explore in the future,'' he added......

I'm laughing at the notion of trying to train cats in that way - he clearly isn't an experienced cat owner.

my british short hair garfield used to go out and he was a one cat street cleaning cat he would bring home ciggie packets, takeaway containers, leaves, twigs all sorts and shout like mad at the back door to let me know, come in all shouting and proud and then just dump them and walk away, sadly he got run over and i miss his little personality so much even now

Ha ha yeah - "training cats" - they'd soon be supplying the dealers & being paid in prawns & stuff Grin

Hahaha! Sniffer cats? Really?
"Hey shit dude! I can't find any heroin or cocaine but this is some damn fine catnip!"
Or
"Fuck off and do it yourself!"

One of ours brought home a friendship bracelet and left it on the patio. I like to think it was a heartfelt gesture but this is the cat who dragged a soiled nappy into his bed, along with a drawing pin and a cool bag, so he's probably just a bit odd. Or perhaps he's working on some sort of idea...
