Cat being weird

My 10 month old cat is acting stranger than usual this morning. He keeps twitching his back, licking himself really urgently and darting off like a maniac. Almost as if he got something on his coat that he can't lick off but I can't think what. Any ideas???

My vet also told me that he didn't need flea treatment as an indoor cat, but I suppose it's not impossible. Cat owner friends have visited for example. Or wwhen I've taken him to the vet. Thanks crazy, no harm checking myself.

cozie he has a £60 cat tree palace that is often ridiculed by friends and lots of toys. He knows how to play 'fetch' and will regularly come to us with a pom pom in his mouth when he wants to play.

A few back twitches but no full on outbursts this morning!
