New kittens!

Hello - very exciting time for us. We've got two (unrelated) kittens on the way to join us at the end of May. I've had cats before, but it's an awfully long time since I've had kittens, my last couple of cats have been adult rescues.

The new kittens should be litter trained and will be well socialised (I've been to both their current homes and know one of their owners well)
Any tips...?

Just let the cats lead the way. You'll soon be buying gourmet perle & finely chopping chicken breast up.

What did you plan to do with them? House cats or indoor/outdoor?
Dry food or wet?

I'd reccomend microchipping them regardless. No one plans that the cat will disappear one day but if it happens you stand a chance of getting them back.

as fluffy said get them microchipped and around four months look at getting them neutered as cats that are neutered are healthier,

I think we'll go indoor/outdoor, our house doesn't lend itself to housecats really - too open plan, it would be really hard to keep them in. Plus added aspect of small children leaving doors open, so very likely they would get out, so I reckon it makes more sense for them to be used to outdoors.

They will both be chipped and neutered.
