Needs feline love!

I want a cat so so so so so much (come from a cat family, always had one at home), now I'm a grownup and live away from home and because am away from the country a lot, wouldn't be fair to have one

And tonight whilst looking through available cats (some people gaze at housing websites, I gaze at kittens available! ) and found a little one I would love. She's just perfect and I can't have her

I even started volunteering at the local cat shelter just to be able to play with them after my shift but because I'm away so much I had to redo the four hour training (?!) every time I started a shift which was ridiculous

So please, indulge me on this wild and stormy night and tell me your cat tales of chasing string, or scratching sofas, or anything

It's a nickname for him, as his ears look like a bat's

Hahahaha can he fly too? Or just attempt to by leaping off wardrobes / tables?

He likes to think he can or he's plotting to. May be that's why he spends so much time watching birds

pearshaped when i joined mumsnet i had six cats one has now gone off with the ex husband as he was his cat, and one sadly went to kidney failure at 12 yrs old, so now have four cats they are known as the haworth hooligan, the half siamese thug, nervous neris, and barbie girl, real names biscuit, blue, jasper and jojo, and i have a hound that i adopted from a rescue in cyprus, and foster kittens for yorkshire cat rescue so total mad cat lady
