DH besotted with cat!

My DH has just driven a 10 mile round trip to get prawns for the cat.

I've been waiting 2 years for a bathroom extractor fan to be fitted. Clearly I don't purr enough!

Or too much maybe? Nothing like a good touch of feline disdain to challenge somebody.

He is Fluffy, even though it was me who took her in when she'd been living rough for months. That's the thanks I get!

I love the fact that he'll do this for a cat! He's loved all our previous cats, but this one is special! He's crackers and they adore each other.

I can hear it now.

'What did Daddy's girl want then?' (Miaow.) Did she just want a wee prawn? (Miaow.) Just a wee prawnie? (Miaow.) What's this for my girl then? (Fevered Miaow.) What's this for my one, eh?...........

And so on.

My DH loved our last (boy) cat but our new girl cat is his little princess. She likes to sit on cushions so he will build little cushion towers around him so that she can be comfy and next to him for head rubs at all times.
