Elderly cat = Packet of Dreamies and a can of posh food (chicken flavour).

Kitten = A new collar with fake diamonds on it, packet of Dreamies, moppy kicking toy, catnip spray and an Ikea soft toy mouse from dh Smile

Did you get your kitties Christmas gifts?

They shared a tub of catnip treats. They love catnip, it makes them both as high as kites.

hiddenhome · 27/12/2013 19:28

Yes, catnip is funny. Mine like Valerian too. Dh buys night time tea bags and they come in little paper packets, which he gives to the cats afterwards. They go crazy for it Grin

I must look out for those!

hiddenhome · 27/12/2013 19:35

They're by Dr Stuarts and seem to be sold in supermarkets.

Nothing.

I'm a horrible owner.

cozietoesie · 27/12/2013 19:51

First dibs on the Parson's Nose. (But he spent all day up in his bed seeking protection from the noise below.)

I guess I'm a horrible owner as well.

PestoFestivissimos · 27/12/2013 19:53

Pestocat received

  • a cat Christmas stocking
  • a feather on a stick toy
  • a bandana collar

He also had a water fountain as an early Christmas present

cozietoesie · 27/12/2013 20:02

I think that the trouble with my boy (and probably Fluffy's boy if I'm any judge) is that he's so spoiled on a day to day basis that it's difficult to make Xmas special.

bad mommy here i dont buy crimbo pressies for the cats but they got some roast beef on christmas day and roast pork on boxing day

lookatmybutt · 28/12/2013 00:13
  • 1 Cat Kickeroo
  • 2 Kitten Kickeroos
  • Two kitten mice
  • Catnip banana
  • A wibbly ball toy with a feather

I feel as though I'm overcompensating now. Anyway, all the toys have now vanished under the sofa somewhere.

They are currently playing with a sock and my washing basket.

Ohfuckeryitsmarzipan · 28/12/2013 08:46

Nowt, they are cats ffs.

hootloop · 28/12/2013 08:50

She got a new cat house with a woolly lining, a toy mouse, ball and pheasant (really a dog toy as she is a maine coon so prefers bigger toys) and some catnip treats.

She got the children some sweets.

BakerStreetSaxRift · 28/12/2013 11:13

Some venison and goose treats from Sainsbury from my DM, along with a catnip long mouse thing for kicking her back legs on, and a fleece lapmat. Oh and a little parcel of ham and turkey.

A Santa on a string from my little nephew.

A feather on a stick from SIL.

4 rattle mice and chicken treats from MIL.

And 3 nights in the jail the Cat Hotel from DP and me!

A bollocking, for pissing on the presents under the tree. Again. Hmm

He will be a nice, furry pair of gloves by new year, the feline fucker.

WhoKnowsWhereTheMistletoes · 28/12/2013 11:17

Two cats, each got a catnip mouse, a ball that glows when you drop it and a bag of Felix treats. Oh and several cardboard boxes.

umiaisha · 28/12/2013 15:16

Ours got a pack of glittery pipecleaners, which are an obsession of hers and a bowl that DD painted for her at our local paint a plate shop.

goodasitgets · 31/12/2013 01:03

If you asked the cat, he would say a lakeland heated airer Hmm
Technically it's all mine, but he is lay underneath it looking blissful and radiating in the heat Grin

lazydog · 31/12/2013 05:52

Nothing, but ds2 bought me a toy especially to torment the kitten with - it works Grin This

ohfourfoxache · 02/01/2014 02:46

Dentabits, dreamies and one of those feathery things on a stick (a la Jackson galaxy of my cat from hell) - it really does look like a real bird flying through the air. Big boy cat loves it, little girly princess cat is a bit meh Hmm

DH and I did of course receive a present as well - a decapitated mouse......

6cats3gingerkittens · 03/01/2014 11:36

My lot got a duck for dinner, a blue fluffy mouse from their Welsh Aunty, a £10 note from my friend Linda, and two Christmas cards. Thank you, Cuntybunty. I haven't laughed so much for ages.

systemsaddict · 03/01/2014 11:50

A box. I think she likes it, she spends a lot of time sitting next to it. Hasn't got in it yet though. Oh, and a poinsettia.
