Is there something wrong with my cat? She licks my clothes all the time.

She's big, strong, looks healthy, but whenever I'm cuddling her she starts licking my skin and clothes - even very fluffy, woolly clothes which can't be pleasant, surely. She also drools quite a lot, but many of my cats have done this. Why?! Assume skin tastes nice and salty, but not clothes Hmm

She's probably just grooming you to show her affection.

yep perfectly normal, she's just being affectionate.

Aha! I never thought of that! Makes perfect sense, thank you. I guess licking fluffy, furry things isn't a problem for cats anyway...durrr Blush She is a ridiculously affectionate cat :)

Really affectionate cats are the best :)

Our girl is way more affectionate than most dogs - she loves to rub her face all over our faces.

She is lovely! I can't sit down without her climbing all over me and she's extremely loud and attention-seeking. She also looks like a panther, is almost too big to fit on my lap and is a merciless killer Hmm :)
