We all still miss her so much. My girls choose a bunch of flowers & we lit a candle to remember her. She was 15 & died of pancreatitis. She died at home in my arms. That night she was going to be PTS but I'm glad she died at home with her family. We had her cremated & have her ashes in a box tied up in a spotty ribbon as she was called Dotty as she had dots on her paws.

I miss all my boys. The rawness of each one's passing has pretty well gone now so I can look back and smile at the memory of their quirks. It can take a while though.

So so sorry about your Dotty. I'm coming up on six months without my boy and it's still very raw. Sending love to you and your family.

Ahh it's so sad when you lose a pet know exactly how you are feeling. Had my 18 year old cat Molly put to sleep in July absolutely broke my heart still feel like a piece of me is missing. Had her cremated too and put into a photo frame with the ashes put underneath the frame. Sending you hugs today ?xx

Thank you for your msgs. I have a lovely canvas picture of her curled up in her basket. It's my favourite photo. It's how I remember her when she was well. We have it on the wall & I look at her everyday.

She was a very special cat. We emigrated to Australia then went back to the UK. 6 mths later we came back to Australia. She did quarantine twice. It was expensive but she was part of our family & we never could have left her.
