As above. I came home from work this afternoon and she was limping. As far as I can she she's pulled out the 'thumb' claw on the offside front paw. She's feeling rather sorry for herself and keeps showing me. She's eating, drinking and using the litter tray fine and seems well in herself but is obviously is a bit of pain. I expect she's been hanging from the curtains.

Is the anything I need to do?

There's no blood, puss or swelling.

Scrap that, I don't think she has ripped it out but it is definitively causing her some pain.

Vet in the morning i think.

She might have dislocated it - which could be awkward. Definitely vet tomorrow at the very least but would it be easy for you to nip her down to the vet this evening? If it is a dislocation, it will be extremely painful.

I've just spoken to the vet nurse at our practise who said that as she seems so fine in herself she's happy for it to wait until tomorrow morning. If she seems worse over night ill take her in, they are open 24/7. She's paid on my lap purring at the moment so she can't be feeling too bad.
