is iams dry healthy enough as a main diet?

My cat is pretty fussy, we've tried other dry food brands and she turns her nose up! Iams is acceptable to her, she also has a pouch of felix wet food a couple of times a week.
She's always been in pretty good health, but if the food she's having is bad for her I'm happy to try and change it.

Oh, and if there are any other cheaper brands that are good quality that I might not have tried (as the iams can be pricey) any recs would be good!

There's nothing wrong with Iams. See the thread about cat food directly below this for other suggestions of good dried food.
