Any vets around? Advice needed.. Bloody kitten poo

Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? Got 2 rescue kittens at 12 weeks both brothers from the same litter. Started noticing a bit of bright red blood in the litter after a poo. Blood wasn't in the poo just on the outside at back end. Thought to begin with it was just one kitten but both having same problem. It's not on every poo but maybe one out of 3 a day. The largest kittens poos are looser than the smaller kittens and dispite him eating more dried food. Last night I watched the larger kitten pooing and saw blood drip from his bottom as the last of the poo fell. Seemed more than usual. Can sometimes see dried blood on their bottoms. They are about 18 weeks now. They have had vaccinations and wormers and a second type of wormer from the vets just as a precaution although this hasn't made a difference. Both are gaining weight well and eat (biscuits and wet food), drink water and play normally. They are due to be neutered in a months time and the vet said they could have a look when they are under as too small to have a feel for polyps at this age. Do I need to be taking them back before? Does anyone know what might be wrong? Please advise. Many thanks.

Bumping for you.

I'd take them back tbh. More to be on the safe side.

I'd take them to the vet to be on the safe side - even if it's nothing to worry about at least it'll put your mind at ease.
