Kitty's peeing on beds

My 2 little kittens,10/11 weeks are lovely but have about 4 times peed on my feather quilt and my DS any reason why they would do this ? Always usually use the litter tray. Is it the feathers ??

My Darling Oneago did this once (the quilt was a goner) because he didn't like the litter I'd started him off with. What are your current littering arrangements ? (How many trays, what kind of litter etc.)

one don't let your cats in your room

two it could be a territory thing so make it clear its your house and only the litter tray is acceptable to pee
