Have 2 gorgeous 9 week old kittens they do use there tray but have occasionally pooed under my sons bed. What should I do ?
Am using the wood litter seem to be using a lot should I try something else.

Oh dear. I think if they generally use the tray then, for now, I would keep them out of your son's bedroom and then hopefully they'll forget that they once liked to poo there.

I find wood litter the best and very economical. In a very large (hooded) tray I use 5 mugs full (a mug is my scoop), which isn't very much. When you put it in it should barely cover the bottom of the tray, with a few gaps. Are you using more than that?

i agree with cat neuterer keep them out of your sons room for now as being kittens it will be nice and private for loo break under his bed, and the wood litter is the best you only need to cover the base of the tray, if they poo shake the tray which brings the poo up to the top and you can just scoop it out and with the wood based one when it turns to sawdust that is when it needs emptying every other day should do it if you have an asda near you thier wood based one is about £3 for a large bag which lasts a fair time

Make sure you clean up all vestiges of the poo from under the bed. Then close the door at all times. Hopefully they will forget about it.

Maybe get a covered litter box each for them?
