As the title says really

I rehomed one of my 11 week old kittens last Wednesday & today they brought her back saying they changed their mind Hmm
I thought I had found the perfect home for her but I guess not & I am glad they brought her back rather than sell her on .

Anyway back to the point , Her mum doesn't recognise her & attacks her everytime she sees her , her brother recognises her though and is happy she is home as he has a play mate , but what can I do about the mum ?
I'm more than happy & capable of keeping her as long as I can be sure she won't get hurt

I suspect she recognizes her all too well, crazy, and is doing her best to kick her out of the group and force her to fend for herself - as she would in the wild at some point. Some cats will do it at 11/12 weeks and if I recall, your female has pretty highly developed instincts.

Is there no chance of another home for the little 'un?

Oh - and how is Mum doing after her recent health problems?

Id rather not confuse her even more by sending her elsewhere iyswim .

She is doing well , finally stopped bringing in dead animals Grin
She is also still feeding the boy I kept

It sorts itself out, we bought one of our cats mum when they were over a year old, it was fireworks to start with but they established a new hierarchy with mum at the top and deposed daughter at the bottom. She won't actually hurt them.

The mum used to try and clean the daughter, which is the cat equivalent of your mum coming to your house and cleaning everything because you've not done it to her standards.
