cat has poo (maybe) on her coat

when I go in tonight my cat was sitting by the door waiting for me which is unusual as she has a cat flap out back.
she has what I think poo stuck on her sides and feet. just tried to brush and wipe it off.
she isn't quite herself. doesn't look injured. or I'll. just not quite herself.

is this poo or could she have got into a fight and in fact another animals poo? what could it be?

If she's not quite herself maybe she's got the runs which is why it's on her coat?
How is she not herself?

that's the thing not sure how it got on her coat. I checked the garden (where she usually poos) and see no sign of upset tum or indeed any poo.

usually she wants to play and quite happy when I get home from work. today she just wanted to come in and not play and knackered (heat?). thought she was anxious about going out again as she as just sitting in looking out. but she's in the garden now. so I really don't know.
