Mr Cory is sneezing a lot & is FIV

He's sneezed once daily for a week. I am worried he might be getting ill. Am I being PFB?

Otherwise he is in fine furry nick. He has just performed a furball of admirable girth and is in splendid spirits helping me with a chow mein, however.

I wouldn't worry too much. I doubt it's got anything to do with being FIV. I've had at least six FIV cats and they've all died in old age of totally unrelated things and never suffered any ill effects at all of being FIV. I'm not saying it can't happen, but I really wouldn't worry, particularly as he seems so well generally

Am so pleased to hear that you too have had the joy of having FIV cats. My parents, who have two cats, act as if Mr Cory is a furry bag of danger, which annoys me a bit, but he doesn't care so I don't.

He's an indoor cat, despite my efforts to decorate the balcony with great swathes of flowering catnip, mini lawns of pet grass, etc etc so I'm hoping he can't catch much. But as a treat we go to investigate the rubbish chute in the block, so he does get some excitement.

Once a day could just be dust or something - not something I would worry about myself although I appreciate that you'll be watchful with an FIV cat.
