HELP

crazy cat is due any day now & just today she has started demanding milk & no matter how much I giver her it doesn't seem enough .
I'm having to use cows milk as I can't get to a supermarket until tomorrow .
I'm worried their may be something wrong , she got her head stuck in a glass earlier as she was trying to get at the milk in it , I had to yoink it off & it made a 'pop' sound , I'm not concerned that the glass hurt her , just the excessive need for milk

Years since I've had a pregnant cat, crazy but I wouldn't give her any more because cats can be lactose intolerant which could lead to diarrhoea etc - not good for any cat let alone a pregnant girl. (Having said which, Seniorboy loves milk and stole it in the past without side effects - so if she's showing no bad signs you could have got away with it.)

Sounds as if she's very close though and needing some sustenance but can't face dry nosh. What are you giving her at the moment? Could you try some wet cat food with some hot water mixed in (total temperature only warm of course) to make a slushiness to tempt her?

She is on wet kitten food , The milk doesn't seem to have affected her but have switched her to cat milk now
