URGENT , HELP

Just changed the Cat litter over and noticed some blood in the poo ,not sure which cat as I have 3. One is pregnant and the other two were neutered tuesday just gone.
My female won't let me near her , didnt think she was due for another 3 weeks though I could of been wrong I have her booked in for a check up next week though if I have to take her ooh I can once dh gets in from work though it could be one of the boys, is there a way to tell if she is miscarrying, please don't flame me

If 2 have been neutered then it could possibly be the wound from that?
I would change the litter and watch for each cat to go In then examine away (sorry)
Keep a close eye on them all, it is probably nothing but you need to be certain. If your really worried then give your vet a ring.

My female wont let me near her though which is out of character, will ring the vets when dp gets in as not much point til then [buconfused]

If she is pg are you certain of dates? It maybe that she is starting early signs of labour?

Can you put them all in seperate rooms with their own litter tray so you can check the trays and then you'll know for sure which cat it is? Obviously if the female wont let you near her then let her stay in the room she's in and just move the other two.

Tbh I'm not certain as she has only started showing this past two weeks , god I hope not I'm not prepared at all

I've put the boys out , but she is hid behind the couch n if I try to Ho near her she attacks me , she is usually so soft

Have you made a place for your cat to give birth? If not then set up a big cardboard box for her (big enough to fit kittens in too), put shredded newspaper or similar on the bottom, and some old towels or sheets in, to make it nice and cosy. Ideally get a box with a lid on and cut a hole in the side that she can use to go in and out.

There is some variation in the amount of time to giving birth. Some cats become very needy and want their owners around, others become more independent and aggressive. She won't want your boys around so if you can put her box (and food, litter tray etc) in a room where the boys don't go, that might help. Don't let her outside because she might go off and give birth in someone's garden shed or something.

Most cats give birth absolutely fine without any outside help, and look after the kittens well too. If she rejects the kittens then you'll have to look after them for her but that's not very common.

Since the boys were only recently neutered, you have got more than one possible candidate for blood. If you haven't already, just check them over to make sure everything is healing properly. Also sometimes cats can have blood with their poo which is not usually a serious issue but needs checking out at the vet just to be sure. I would do like catchingmockingbirds says and keep a close eye on the litter trays so that you can find out which cat it was.

Will you consider getting your cat spayed after this? It can be hard to find homes even for kittens, especially during kitten season. I hope her vet check goes well next week. The boys are fine in themselves & have not noticed anymore blood .
I have put the female in the conservatory with everything she may need , She is been very aggressive if I try to pick her up & is hiding away which is not like her at all
Will certainly be getting her neutered
