Bald patch above eye should i worry

Just noticed my 6 1/2 month old has a very noticeable bald patch above his eye , do I need to take him to the vets or should I just leave it ?

Is that the only bald patch he's got? And does it look like normal skin?

If so, it could be just some local hair loss which they sometimes get and a special vet visit wouldn't be necessary, I think.

As far as I can see its the only bald patch & he won't let me near it

Most common thing is bust causes scab as scab falls out takes hair with it leaving bald patch hair will grow back.
