So yesterday i spent a fortune on flea treatment and today (just now) the cat jumps up on my lap and a worm has fallen out his bottom

Shoved the kids in the car and raced off to the vets, got the spot on treatment but the cat has vanished.

What are the chances of the kids getting worms? dd2 has ASD and shoves everything in her mouth, i am panicking Sad

Vet said it will take 24 hours to work.

I thought i was up to date with worming but apparently becaus ethe cat hunts (and eats whatever it catches) he needs to be wormed more often (every 4 weeks).

Have wormed the dog too (so much easier than the cat) Grin.

ok, just googles and it seems the kids are very unlikely to catch worms from the cat , now to find the cat and de-worm him.
