Devastated, just found my cat.

Just found my gorgeous black one year old boy:

He had been missing for a week and a half.
I can't stop crying

So so sorry. I was there myself very recently and I know how devastating it is. It does give me comfort now that I found him and brought him home though x

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry :(

I am so sorry kiery what a horrible shock.

This happened to me two years ago, beautuful Coco my little black cat, missing for a week. Found by my neighbours.

Please take comfort from the fact that you have found him and you are no longer searching and wondering.

I do understand, had to have my darling boy cat put to sleep 10 days ago after he had been run over. At least you did find him and are not forever wondering where he went.

This is terribly sad. I'm so so sorry to both Kiery and molly.

So sorry. Same happened to a lovely young boy cat of mine. We eventually felt ready for another (see my name!). Female cats tend to be more careful, i have found. Maybe get a girl next time if traffic is a problem--I think they take fewer risks.

In a way I hope I don't find ours. I don't want to see her dead.

But also I'd like to know what's happened to her.

So sorry. We lost our boy to a car a few months back and we were devastated. Hugs to all your family.

Oh kiery, my heart goes out to you. I lost a black cat like this back in February and was very upset. It's awful.

I don't know if it's any consolation but my vet told me that it was unlikely the cat felt any pain at all - in his words, "he won't have known what hit him." I was comforted to know that while he should have lived for many more years at least he didn't suffer.
