cat worms and baby safety...

Hi, my cats appear to have worms (one vomiting, the other dragging his bottom on the floor...) I'm going to vets when they open this morning to get wormers, but I'm worried whether my baby has been exposed and whether he's at risk? Baby is showing no obvious signs and doesn't come into direct contact with cats much at all, maybe once a week.

On a separate issue, the spot on the neck worm drops from the vets are meant to last 3 months but seem to only last six weeks at most, has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks in advance!

Does your cat hunt? Will need to worm more often if they do. Speak to your vet :)

No he doesn't hunt, he's mostly a house cat. It's strange the drops don't work well for us. Thanks :)
