when do kittens get their adult teeth?

Kitty is 5 months and still has all his baby teeth. Is he a bit backward?

Or is he waiting until he can grow the reslly huge to match his massive huge claws?

my blue was seven months old when i adopted him and he started doing the hard biting thing on paper and card about a month later so around 6-8 months
