Is there any way at all of encouraging a cat not to bring home presents for me?
The children next door made froggies out of tadpoles and keep them in a bucket, I think a few must have escaped, my cat is brining in several a night, always meowing loudly to announce he is on the way.
I've tried saying thanks cat, wow, bit im not really hungry please don't trouble yourself.
Just wondered if there is any way at all to dis encourage him.
He has a cat flap and has phases, eg for a month he will dig up and bring in worms, then he goes for feathers for a month, then little meece.
