Cat - wearing buster collar after spay - miserable

Our cat was spayed two days ago. She is eating but seems absolutely miserable and keeps trying to hide under wardrobes, the sofa etc.

I thought she was traumatised by wearing the buster collar but wonder if she might be ill instead? I have made an appointment to see the vet again at 5pm but I wonder if I should bring her now?

Any advice appreciated!

What is she like without the collar? My cat just ignored her wound so we never actually used it.

Went back to vet. Cat was constipated and uncomfortable. Given pain killer. Vet insists collar should be kept on, as he has many instances of having to reopen and restitch wounds. Even one lick van cause area to swell!
Cat still miserable!

She had a slight temperature so going back to the vet on Saturday. She also bit and scratched the vet which is completely out of character!
