limping kitten

hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience or advice on this. I took my 9 week kitten to have his first round of vaccinations today. he was fine after, playing etc. however now he's suddenly gone really lethargic and dozy and has started limping on one of his front legs. I'm 99% sure he hasn't hurt it.

I've been googling and it does seem to be possible that this limping can occur after the vaccination, but not usually so soon? even if it is because of the vaccination, will it go away? poor kitty, I feel bad for taking him now :(

It is a known potential post vaccination problem yes. If he is under the weather he is best checked over however if he is not improving by himself tomorrow - sometimes just a dose of anti-inflammatory medication is needed to make them feel better and they are back to normal pretty quickly then. The majority of kittens I have seen with post vaccination issues like this tend to do it after their first vaccine and be fine with their second and yearly boosters however. Don't feel bad about taking him, it is better he is protected by the vaccines and he will recover just fine.
