Mouse in the house

What can I do to stop Ziggy bringing mice in to the house? She's already fitted with a bell which is in working order. Sometimes she brings them in already dead but more often than not these days she's bringing them in alive. She then just let's them go and they're loose in the house while she saunters off for a catnap.

The baby is due very soon and I don't want to be worrying about these unwanted visitors when I've got a newborn.

What can I do?! I can't stop her from using the cat flap as I have another cat and both of them will just sit on my bedroom windowsill scratching to get in all night/ when they're in they'll scratch to get out.

Could you make the Cat Flap an activated one, give the Other Cat the thingie-gadget on her collar to activate, but not the hunter cat?

I keep mine in at night, anyway, I wonder if they'd get used to it if you just toughed it out for a week or so.
