Our cat has stopped eating

Our cat has just stopped eating this week. She is a mature rescue cat who has always been a very good eater. She was 3(?) when we had her 7 years ago so she is now 10 but could be older.
She is not in obvious pain and is moving around the house and garden. I have felt her for tender spots but she seems ok. She is not drinking much either. Any clues?

I really dont know what to suggest but taking her to the vets.

I hope shes ok and is just busy emptying a mouse nest she's found.

She's probably eating at one or more neighbour's houses. They're giving her salmon instead of Tesco's cat food and calling her Perdita instead of Smokey.

She has only moved around in the house for days now.
Litter tray has been used for wees but no poos.

If she's not pooed, would she take some liquid paraffin. We had a cat that used to get constipated, and she would lick it off a spoon.

tb Thanks. That could be it. I gave her a spoonful of Sheba yesterday and she ate it and seems to be purring today so maybe she is just under the weather.
