help with renaming rescue kits please!

i am in dispute with 4dcs over the names of our soon to be 9month old cats

a black tom currently named scooby and a long haired black and white girl named princess

we agree the names they currently have arent for us but are struggling to agree on new ones

current we have;
rex and random

rhubarb and custard

atticus and scout

mariska and belzer

salt and vinegar

kit and caboodle

help us choose please!
if you have abetter suggestion this is also welcome!

we have until sunday to make a decision!

blue my youngest one was john when i adopted him at seven months, he had been with the lady who brought him in from a kit of six weeks and it took him 3 months to realise his name wasnt ch ch ch as thats all he would answer to he answers to blue boos now though

write the names on pieces of paper, roll them into balls and see which one(s) the kitties play with.

My 11 yo daughter says Lilly for the girl & Max for the boy!! When asked why? she said "cos they`re nice"!!

we have a problem...i queried the girl be a boy when we visited and they just said had taken owners word and was head for vet wed to be neutered.she is in fact a he so 2 boys.no wonder he was looking being called princess!

I have a Rex and a Phoebe

Also like Gus, Hamish, Fox and Rupert

That changes things a bit, although you could still call a boy kitty Scout I think.

just to let you know we hav edecided on scout for the black one
atticus for long haired black and white

scout is very nosey and clearly the more dominant brother-he gets first dibs on bowls and if wants fussing shoves in there.he is also able to open the kitchen door-leaps at it and pulls down teh handle then barges in front room

atticus is very friendly but more nervous.he has a deep loud purr and is partial to lay to have his tummy tickled then nibbling and gently scratching.he returns to kitchen went firmly told to after scout has freed them

what i dont understand is ive never had a problem with cats before but i am really itchy after handling them

suggestions anyone?
