sneezing wheezing cat!!

For some time our 14 year old male cat has what appears to be a chronic cold. His breathing is noisy like someone with a blocked nose. he has recently been sneezing more heavily producing a lot of yellow mucus. Today for the first time he has been off his food.
Any advice please.
Few weeks ago vet gave him a steroid injection but this didn't help.

Poor little lamb. If he can't smell his food, he won't want to eat. Try taking him into the bathroom with you when you have a hot bath or shower because the steam might clear his nose a little. Also try heating up his food a little, or give him warm chicken or white fish.
I hope he feels better soon.
