Cat pooper scooper

We don't have a cat but a cat has chosen to do its business under my front window, so how should a remove it, should I buy a dedicated shovel?

And where should I put the poop, in my composting recycling bin?

Also, is there any truth that spraying human wee in the affected area will deter cats from pooping there? Was thinking of emptying my DD's potty under my front window but not sure what the neighbours will think...

Our council doesnt like you to put cat poo in the compost bin, dont know why.

They usually spray where there terrotory (sp) ends. No idea about wee deterring them.
