my poor cats!

Couldn't understand why my youngest cat was following me miaowing constantly this morning. I knew I had fed them so thought she was either a)wanting to play or b)being a bit thick.

I went to the cat bowls to demonstrate that there was plenty of food. One of my other cats was there staring mournfully at her bowl. (the third cat who is showing her age hasnt woken up for breakfast yet). As I picked up the bowl to rattle it, I saw that I'd fed the poor creatures guinea pig food. oops! No wonder they werent terribly impressed!

Do you think if we could understand their miaows' she was saying "Ya silly cow...do I look like a rodent!"

i am laughing...but mainly because Reuben idiotic puppy kitten would have actually eaten the guinea pig food.

I expect that is exactly what she was thinking crazynanna. I probably have really insulted them.

Catsmamma, one of our neighbours cats happily eats gp food. She will go and help herself when the cage is open.

Sometimes, I feel that my life is rather dominated by cats....
