How do I know what colour the kitten's eyes are when I register them?

I am about to have a new litter of Bengals, and I don't know how to determine their eye colour....

Do I wait until I can see ?

Wanted to get it done earlier this time as I was very late last time.

If they are pedigree they'll have a standard surely?
Unless you need to write something along the lines of 'a haunting, yet piercing amber similar to that which has insects suspended in it from millenia past'.
Simple green, yellow, orange, red, pink....................

Mine has green eyes, thinks it's pretty standard for the breed.
