One of my pets is ill - I am going to take her to the vet this afternoon if she doesn't perk up, but before I do I thought I'd see if any of you lot have a clue what could be wrong with her.
She's very quiet, sitting still rather than walking around. Not eating or drinking. Meows pitifully if picked up.
However - she is bright-eyed and her ears are pricked up, and if you stroke her head she purrs.
She's 6 years old and has never been ill before, bar coughing up the odd hairball.
