I have male kitten who is around 7 months old (got him from cat's protection and they were a bit unsure of his age)
He never seems to be full or satisfied, I am feeding him the way that was recommended by my vet, but just wondered how this compared to others.
He has 1 and a half - 2 pouches of kitten food a day, split into 3 meals (in when I get up, one when I get in around 3ish and one before I go to bed) around 7 he also gets a small bowl of Iams and has a bowl of dried food and water available all day. So 4 meals all in.
As soon as any food is put down to him he finishes it in seconds, he constantly tries to steal food, and will eat anything...raw onions, toilet roll, strands of spaghetti like a scene from lady and the tramp, sweet corn....everything except bananas...he runs away from them
He's healthy and putting on weight, but seems starving all the time, I think he would just eat all day if food was available, so I was just wondering if this was the norm?
