Cat Plug in?

Hey, I saw on a thread a while back about a plug in sort of thing which calms cats down and stops them weeing/scratching etc. I completely forgot the name and want it for a friend! Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Feliway is one - can't remember how much the plug-in bit was but the refills are about £19 I think and last a month or so. I was very sceptical about this magical clear liquid that doesn't smell of anything, but it does seem to work for my cats at least. I've used it when we had redecorating upheaval and the cats were quite unsettled.
